Business Controller

As a Business Controller, you will be instrumental in building and optimizing both short- and long-term financial models, developing systems that align with our broader corporate goals, and guiding our financial operations to ensure profitability. Your expertise will also extend to supporting business case development for customers within the Carrier Business Unit, working closely with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be one of two Business Controllers for the Carrier Business Unit. The Carrier Business is offering wholesale access to our unique infrastructure. The Business Unit generates revenue of more than €160m on an annual basis.
- Conduct monthly financial controlling and provide detailed deviation analyses.
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial revenue forecasting models.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers to ensure accuracy and transparency in sales forecasts.
- Align financial strategies with company objectives across a diverse, pan-Nordic business landscape.
In this role, you’ll be part of the Business Controlling team focusing on the carrier business, working alongside nine finance professionals across the Nordics, and reporting to the Head of Business Controlling based in Norway. You'll be centrally involved in our carrier business operations within GlobalConnect, contributing to our goal of harmonizing strategies across different countries and currencies.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Financial Audit, Consulting, or Controlling.
- Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken).
- Experience with revenue models and profitability analysis is highly desirable.
- A master’s degree in finance.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Ideally based in Oslo, Stockholm, or Copenhagen.
