Inbound marketing Specialist

This role is not just about marketing; it's about creating a synergy between marketing and sales that takes our business forward.

 

In this key role, you'll be the maestro of inbound marketing, ensuring our content resonates with potential leads and nurtures them through their buyer's journey of our B2B products and services. Your day will involve close collaboration with our sales teams, providing them with insights and leads generated from your efforts. You'll be working extensively within our Marketing Automation (MA) systems, particularly Dynamics 365, to streamline and optimize our lead generation processes. Your tasks will span from coordinating with our SEO agency to ensure our online content ranks effectively, to crafting sales enablement materials and guiding our sales teams on best practices for lead follow-up.

 

This position is ideal for someone who finds joy in working alongside sales teams—sometimes giving them the "push" they need to achieve their goals. You'll be stepping into a role where your ability to build relationships and create a structured approach that sales can seamlessly adopt is crucial.

 

To succeed in this role, we believe you need:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • Experience within B2B marketing and sales
  • Basic understanding and experience with inbound marketing, certification, or education are beneficial.
  • Experience in digital marketing and working closely with sales (previous roles as sales support or coordination are beneficial, but not a must).
  • Prior experience with Marketing Automation tools, Dynamics 365 would be great, but not mandatory.
