When were you without an internet connection last? Strange question perhaps, but an important one for us at GlobalConnect as we provide network support for over 50% of Scandinavia. Meaning if something happened to our network half of Scandinavia would be without the internet, hospitals, banks, critical government functions, businesses, and people. What we do, and that we do it well, is tightly connected to the function and development of digitalization in our society. If you like to be part of this, you should join our journey.
The TA function in-house at GlobalConnect is pretty new. Up until the autumn of 2022, the majority of the recruitments were done by external vendors – but now we are here to change that! We will make recruitment EASY at GlobalConnect. Bringing expertise, availability, speed, and the right focus to the candidates, hiring managers, and organization as a whole.
This means that we do operational recruitment from A-Z, with sourcing, screening, coaching managers, testing, etc. Our roles are important to bring the right processes and ways of working to ensure quality hire and proactive employer branding, strategic advice, talent segmentation, and process building.
This is where you come in! We are now one full-time in Sweden and Denmark, and a student in Norway, but need a full-time star in Norway to complete our team, for now, we do plan to keep growing. We all recruit on a global scope, helping each other out and drawing from each other’s strengths and areas of expertise.
If this is you, we hope you want to join us!
• You should have solid experience doing A-Z recruitments, including search and job ads, and an understanding of how to run a modern, data-driven process while creating a great candidate experience.
• Have experience with stakeholder management, guiding and coaching hiring managers, preferably some on C-levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding and experience with employer branding and experience from working in an in-house team is a great merit, but not a must.
