As our Finance Business Partner for B2C Finland, you’ll have a central role in supporting strategic financial decisions and enabling us to ensure sustainable growth in this promising market. Finland is a key area for GlobalConnect, with significant investments underway, and you will work closely with the Finnish leadership team to provide insights and financial guidance.

In this role, you’ll ensure transparency and accuracy in financial processes, build robust forecasting models, and present clear data that informs major business decisions. Whether it’s monitoring investments, analyzing trends, or preparing high-quality presentations, your work will directly support Finland’s growth from a start-up market to a cornerstone of our operations.

You'll also collaborate with an international team of senior finance professionals across the Nordics, bringing together your innovative thinking and attention to financial detail.

Your key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial revenue forecasting models and reports.
• Oversee monthly results, revenue, cost bookings, and cashflow follow-ups.
• Provide accurate budgeting and deviation analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Develop clear and engaging presentations of financial data for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor investments and CAPEX for key projects in Finland.

To perform well in this role, we think you have:

• Solid experience in finance business partnering, particularly in a vibrant environment.
• Documented history with revenue models and budgeting, with a strong Excel skillset.
• Familiarity with local financial laws and fluency in English, with additional Finnish or Swedish fluency.
• Experience from consultancy work would be beneficial but it’s not a requirement.

The Team & Setup

You’ll report directly to our Vice President of B2C Finance, working alongside highly experienced colleagues from Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. The role is hybrid, with a flexible arrangement of three days per week on-site in either Helsinki or Stockholm. Occasional travel between these locations will keep your work varied and engaging.
