As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and strategic Head of PMO to join our team and support the management in driving key initiatives that will propel our company’s success.
 

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic and results-driven Head of PMO to join our B2C Finland Management Team. This leadership role is crucial to ensuring progress on our strategic initiatives, improving communication efficiency, reporting and ensuring that we meet our business goals effectively. You will be also responsible for overseeing the full cycle of M&A activities.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Initiative Support: Lead and manage key strategic initiatives, ensuring progress towards goals and helping the management team reach business milestones.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, showcasing the progress of various initiatives, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Improving communication efficiency: Streamline communication across teams, ensuring that critical information flows smoothly and effectively, enhancing collaboration and reducing operational silos.
• M&A responsibilities: Manage the M&A pipeline for inorganic growth. This includes identifying potential acquisition targets, planning and leading dialogues, coordinating internal teams throughout the process, and overseeing all stages, including initial identification, indicative bids, due diligence, contract negotiations, signing, closing, and migration.
• Team management: Lead and mentor a small team of two professionals currently working in M&A lead generation, ensuring they are supported and aligned with the company’s goals.
• Management team role: Act as a trusted member of the B2C Finland Management Team, offering strategic insights, driving business performance, and contributing to company-wide decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Higher academic degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in Project management, PMO leadership or M&A, preferably in Telecommunications and in a B2C environment.
• Excellent understanding of M&A processes and inorganic growth strategies.
• Capability to manage and drive projects and strategic initiatives
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and reporting skills as well as ability to make visually excellent presentations
• Excellent Finnish and English language skills are required, Swedish language skills are considered an added advantage
