About the Role

 

As a Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in helping GlobalConnect develop a more data-driven approach to business decisions. This is a newly created position, giving you a unique opportunity to influence our commercial strategy and help build our data foundation from the ground up.

 

You will conduct data analysis, define KPIs, create business cases, and track performance across various commercial initiatives. Your work will directly impact profitability, customer acquisition, and churn reduction, ensuring that our fiber rollout translates into as many active subscriptions as possible.

 

In this role, you will collaborate across multiple departments—including product, marketing, and customer support—translating data insights into actionable improvements that strengthen GlobalConnect’s commercial performance.

 

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Conduct market and customer analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and decision proposals for senior management.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of commercial activities.
  • Plan and execute cross-functional commercial initiatives and projects.
  • Act as the coordinator for execution, ensuring alignment across teams.

To Make an Impact, You Need:

 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis to create valuable insights.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve commercial performance.
  • A solid business and commercial understanding, including knowledge of P&L and revenue drivers.
  • Experience with structured workflows, ensuring follow-ups and execution across teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel (experience with Python and PowerBI is a plus).
  • Fluency in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
