About the Role

 

As an ISP Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in Denmark within the B2C market. This is a newly created position, giving you a unique opportunity to shape the role. You will ensure structured planning, follow-ups, and coordination of campaigns that drive customer activation while maintaining a commercially balanced collaboration.

 

You will be the bridge between GlobalConnect and ISPs, ensuring internal coordination across multiple departments. If something needs to be adjusted, you will take ownership and drive the necessary changes internally to meet our common goals.

 

What You Will Be Doing

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for ISPs, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
  • Ensure structured planning and follow-up on monthly meetings and performance dialogues.
  • Plan, manage, and track campaigns and service goals with ISPs to optimize B2C customer activation.
  • Handle KPI reporting to senior management and ensure daily operational follow-ups.
  • Define, plan, and drive initiatives that strengthen ISP collaboration and improve commercial performance.
  • Coordinate activities across different internal departments to ensure alignment.

To Make an Impact, You Need:

 

  • 3-5 years experience with a demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with external partners across different seniority levels.
  • A structured way of working with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in data analysis to track performance and optimize results.
  • A solid business and commercial understanding, with the ability to identify solutions that benefit both partners and GlobalConnect.
  • Fluency in Danish and English – both spoken and written.
