Process & Data Manager

Join our team as a B2C DK Process & IT Data Manager, where you'll lead and be in charge of optimizing processes, managing data-driven strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the business value chain in the B2C sector in Denmark.

 

About your role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and improving the B2C DK process landscape and IT data management. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, streamline operations, and oversee major projects to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will also manage a small team of two people and report directly to the head of B2C Denmark, Peter Bredgaard.

To succeed in the role, you will need to thrive with both deep diving into systems like Sugar and NetAdmin, and manage monthly billing processes and ad hoc analyses, but also provide strategic advice to the business on new opportunities for growth and engage in high-level discussions with IT development teams to communicate business needs and set priorities.

You will lead major projects such as the migration to XGS-PON and the implementation of new telephone systems while developing a broad understanding IT Infrastructure and cross-functional processes to improve efficiencies across the organization.

 

Here are some examples of key responsibilities during a typical day:

  • FTTH Project Oversight: Drive new FTTH initiatives, including SDU and MDU projects, while making necessary adjustments to existing projects.
  • IT and Infrastructure Collaboration: Lead discussions with IT to ensure business capabilities align with priorities and provide strategic advice on new opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Conduct Universe reporting, oversee monthly billing processes, and perform ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead major projects like migration to XGS-PON, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Handle and support in troubleshooting the loading of new Optical Network Terminals (ONTs) and facilitate the setup and activation of new sites.
  • IT Collaboration and Consultation with OpenNet to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

We seek someone with a deep understanding of business processes, data management, and telecommunications technologies. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in Telecommunications systems, networks, and product management with combined proven experience managing projects in complex environments, including familiarity with CRM and billing solutions..
  • Product Development Expertise: Ability to manage product roadmaps, user requirements, and stakeholder expectations, with proficiency in product development methodologies.
  • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills to align product and value chain strategies with business goals.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, negotiate with suppliers, and present to senior management.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and market trends to drive product development and improvements.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required and proficiency in Nordic languages is a significant plus.
