Solution Sales Specialist – SASE Expert
Do you know Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) inside and out? Can you turn complex network security concepts into compelling stories that win over customers?
We are looking for a Solution Sales Specialist who can bring our appealing end-to-end connectivity solution and future SASE offering to life for potential customers. You won’t be the one closing the deal—but you’ll be the person the sales team relies on to win over the room. When enterprise customers are weighing their options, you’ll be the expert they trust.
As part of a newly established Pan-Nordic team, you will work across the Nordics and Germany, helping businesses secure their digital infrastructure. With a growing portfolio of multi-vendor SASE solutions (including Versa, Aruba, Cisco, and Fortinet), you’ll play a critical role in positioning GlobalConnect as a trusted agnostic Managed Service Provider.
Your day will be a mix of on one hand to pro-actively work with sales, frequently joining customer meetings and on the other hand compose standardized solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and Product management.
What you’ll be doing
- Be the go-to SASE expert in sales meetings—turning technical solutions into engaging, real-world business value.
- Challenging the sales teams to find and articulate SASE opportunities in their customer portfolios or as new logos.
- Guide customers through their network security journey, ensuring they understand the benefits of GlobalConnect’s SASE offering.
- Collaborate with sales teams, providing technical expertise that strengthens their ability to sell secured solutions.
- Develop and refine our SASE sales strategy, working closely with vendors and internal teams.
- Craft compelling proposals and high-level design in corporation with solutions architects to ensure customer needs are met with the right solution.

To thrive in this role, you need:
- Deep expertise in SASE and network—whether from solution consulting, a pre-sales or sales role.
- A natural ability to explain complex technical solutions in a way that engages and persuades business leaders to understand the integrated value of our services.
- Flair and experience with enterprise sales processes and comfort to spare and challenge your colleagues in Sales.
- Experience from working in a Managed Service Provider environment, a system integrator or vendor (e.g., Versa, Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet). Regardless background, you believe that the market can be won as a managed service provider.
- A structured and strategic approach to prioritize and drive SASE initiatives to impact adoption and reach budgets.
