Student assistant
Are you a student looking for hands-on experience in supply chain and project work? Do you want to be part of projects in a Nordic company making a difference with digital infrastructure?
At GlobalConnect, we’re shaping the digital foundation that the Nordics – and the future – run on. To do that, we’re looking for a student assistant who’s ready to explore the world of supply chain, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow into a role where you can make your own mark.
You’ll join our Nordic Supply Chain team, a group of seven people spread across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You’ll be based in Denmark and work closely with colleagues who bring different perspectives, experiences and support. You’ll have your own dedicated coach in DK, who’ll support your journey and help you settle into your role.
Your role:
As our new student assistant, you’ll be a central part of a major implementation project running throughout 2025. You’ll also run smaller projects on your own, particularly around improving processes and re-use of equipment in our warehouses. Reporting will be a key part of your role.
This is a unique opportunity if you want to see how theory meets practice, and how your curiosity and persistence can make a real impact.
A few examples of what you’ll be working on:
- Create and develop reports for both operational and management use
- Support and contribute to a major warehouse module implementation project
- Take ownership of a re-use project for equipment in our warehouses
- Set up and run a process for products to be sold via brokers
- Be part of a team that values asking questions and learning through doing
What we offer:
GlobalConnect is growing fast across the Nordics, building the networks that keep tomorrow’s digital society connected. As a student with us, you’ll get hands-on experience and the chance to be part of something that matters – all while paving the way for your own career.
To get off to a good start in the role, we believe it would be beneficial if:
- You’re a 3rd year bachelor or 1st year master student (within project management or supply chain)
- You have solid Excel and Office skills
- You’re analytical and structured – and not afraid of digging into data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- You’re able to work between 15-20 hours per week with a high degree of flexibility and consideration for exams.
We don’t need a personal letter unless there’s something you want us to know that’s not covered in your CV or LinkedIn profile.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
