Talent Acquisition Partner

At GlobalConnect, we've embarked on an ambitious journey to elevate our Talent Acquisition function to new heights. With a solid foundation already in place, we're not starting from scratch but rather looking to expand, optimize, and innovate within our established framework. As we continue to grow across 5 countries with 1,900 employees, our TA team has an important part in this expansion. Now, we're seeking a TA Partner for our Copenhagen office, someone who is eager to contribute to our ongoing projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and inclusivity.

What will you do? As a TA Partner, you'll be instrumental in providing A-Z recruitment processes, engaging in everything from sourcing to screening across a diverse range of roles, both entry levels, specialists, and managers. This position offers a great opportunity to impact the organization significantly, working alongside managers who value the expertise and support you bring. With a substantial degree of autonomy, you'll navigate operational responsibilities and improvement projects, offering advice and driving initiatives that align with our goals and supporting our organization's targets.

Who we're looking for:

• Extensive experience in A-Z recruitment, with a keen understanding of data-driven processes and great candidate experiences. Bonus if you know Inbound recruitments and how to create empirically keyed biodata interview templates and utilize AI!
• Fluency in Danish and English is essential for effective communication across our diverse team and stakeholder group, as well as for creating content in Danish and English. 
• You have experience with hiring +30 people per year in a highly competitive candidate market and are used to treating each and every candidate with delicacy ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience, with managers on different levels.  
• Experience recruiting internationally and working with both candidates and stakeholders in other countries.
• Bonus if experienced in project management, profiling, and know how to use assessment tools.
