Activation Manager
Want to take responsibility for activation strategies, campaign management, and ensure better results?
At GlobalConnect, we don’t just focus on selling services—we make sure customers actually start using them. As one of our two Activation Managers, you’ll be central to refining the activation process, developing campaigns, and working with multiple stakeholders to improve KPIs. You’ll track activation performance, manage reporting, and ensure a seamless customer journey while collaborating closely with your Activation Manager counterpart.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your role is all about shaping and improving the activation process together with the other Activation Manager. Some days, you’ll be deep in data, analyzing where customers drop off. Other days, you’ll refine activation strategies, develop campaigns, and present insights to internal stakeholders. You’ll work with multiple teams—including sales, customer service, and marketing—to ensure that activations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing and improving the activation process—analyzing performance, optimizing workflows, and generating measurable outcomes.

Developing and managing activation campaigns to improve customer engagement and activation rates.

Tracking activation KPIs, budgets, and reporting—ensuring activation targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.

Handling internal and external sales channels to optimize the activation journey.

Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to service activation.

Creating marketing materials that support customer activation efforts.

Presenting insights and activation performance in internal and external forums.
This is a role with high expectations for delivery and activation performance. You'll manage goal metrics, continuously improve processes, and work cross-functionally to ensure goals are met.
What You Need to Excel in the Role
We think you'll enjoy this role if you have:

Preferred 3 years of experience in broadband, telecom, a related industry, or a similar role.

Experience with sales and channel management—you know how to work with different sales teams.

Campaign management skills—you can plan, implement, and measure activation campaigns.

Solid analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with activation KPIs, improving reporting, and optimizing processes.

Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint—you can create reports and present insights effectively.
