About your role as Executive Advisor
GlobalConnect is currently seeking an exceptional Executive Advisor to support our Executive Vice President for B2B, Anna Granö, as a maternity cover until November 2025. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, and being a part of shaping strategic direction, facilitating planning & change, and making a significant impact on our organization. The role is a maternity cover limited to November 2025; however, we are always looking for extraordinary talent to join us, hence there might potentially be an opportunity to continue in a different role in GlobalConnect after November.
Examples of typical responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President, B2B, providing strategic support and facilitating priorities and agenda with the B2B Management team across 4 countries.

Drive projects and processes, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.

Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

With a deep understanding of the B2B organization, its operations, and strategic priorities you will ensure progress and alignment with key stakeholders in other departments.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

+3-5 years’ experience with strategy projects, business analysis, market research, project management or related fields. Potentially you have a background from consultancy, although this is not a requirement.

Proven experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably with exposure to senior management.

Effective communication and presentation skills, fluency in a Nordic language and English.

Master’s degree in business and/or science or a relevant field for a strategic role within Telco/tech - previous experience in telecoms not required
