As a Principal Solutions Sales Executive at GlobalConnect, your day-to-day will be filled with engaging conversations, strategic planning, and the creation of network solutions that truly resonate with our customers. You'll join a newly established and innovative team that plays a crucial role in GlobalConnect’s growth journey. This is your opportunity to be a key part of our sales initiatives, starting with identifying new opportunities and building your own portfolio. With a solid understanding of network infrastructure, you'll guide clients through complex decisions, using your knowledge to offer standardised solutions that feel tailored to their needs.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of under 20 customers, focusing on both new and existing relationships.
- Engage in in-depth technical discussions to understand customer needs and design tailored network solutions, using your deep understanding of vendors and products to find price-optimal solutions for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Management to ensure that the technical aspects of solutions meet customer expectations and align with financial goals.
- Present and articulate complex network solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as engage in high-level discussions with C-suite to build trust and convey the value of our network solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact to delivery.

To excel in this role, you need:
- Extensive experience with network solutions, particularly with vendors like Aruba and Cisco.
- Proven experience in sales, specifically with network solution products in business-to-business markets.
- Strong business insight with the ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- The ability to design comprehensive network solutions that align with customer and commercial needs.
