What You’ll Be Doing

As the Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving change and facilitating improvements within one of our key systems. Imagine starting your day by leading a strategy meeting, followed by collaborating with development teams to prioritize new features. In the afternoon, you'll engage with stakeholders to gather their insights and align them with business goals. You'll become the go-to expert in our CRM, making informed decisions that influence significant changes. As a key member, you will be integral in building and directing a new development team to ensure our CRM systems correspond with our business targets.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Own and manage the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with our business goals.
  • Expert Guidance: Develop a deep understanding of the CRM system to provide expert guidance and make informed decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with several development teams while also contributing to forming a new development team around the CRM.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure the product's alignment with business needs, showing your skills in prioritizing the right need and communicating with the right people to create understanding and buy-in for your decisions.
  • Drive Improvements: Utilize your strong opinions and in-depth understanding of the system and the business to facilitate improvements and make necessary changes happening. This will be in a complex, global matrix organisation that is currently going through many transformations. Your ability to handle this environment will be key for us and your own feeling of accomplishment.

To succeed, we think you need:

  • Idealy around 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles.
  • Experience working as a product owner for CRM, marketing, sales, or delivery systems, with a preference for those familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A background in working within larger organizations.
  • Eager to gain insights into the company, its operations, and the clientele, demonstrating keen commercial insight.
  • Fluency in English.

This position is preferably placed in Stockholm, but applicants from Copenhagen and Oslo will be happily considered.
