Senior Director, Head of Technology Office

We are looking for a Senior Director, Head of Technology Office, to join our Technology unit at GlobalConnect. In this role, you will be a key advisor to our CTOO, making sure that strategic plans, business processes, and projects are well-structured and aligned across divisions. What you’ll be doing

As the right hand to our CTOO, you will be responsible for ensuring that business operations, planning, and reporting are managed effectively. You will work across multiple teams, coordinating strategic priorities and making sure that leadership has the necessary insights for decision-making. Together with the CTOO you will also investigate mid – and long-term strategic business challenges.

A typical day could involve:

• Structuring and overseeing strategic plans, ensuring alignment inside Technology and across the business units B2B, B2C, and GCC.
• Preparing clear and engaging presentations for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
• Managing key business processes such as budget planning and PMO structures.
• Leading a small team of processes and project managers
• Acting as a central point of contact for strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
• Providing the CTOO with structured insights and ensuring smooth delivery of business priorities.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Effective storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging presentations.
• A Master’s degree, with a focus on business, management, or a related field.
• Consulting experience in management/ strategy and experience working in an international environment.
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial, including exposure to PMO or project office projects.
• Great implementation – and execution capabilities.
• Experience from People & stakeholder management.
