Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Service Manager at GlobalConnect, you'll be responsible for our B2B customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their service with us. You'll be the customer's voice within our organization and act as a vital part of our business operations. Your mission is not just to meet but to exceed our customers' needs and expectations. You'll work with our entire B2B product portfolio and create strong internal relationships to ensure excellent deliveries to your customers. You'll oversee contract fulfilment, manage professional relationships with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will help GC become the preferred partner for connectivity services, supporting long-term customer engagement and robust service delivery.
 

Who are we looking for?

In your role, you'll be responsible for your own customer portfolio, which underscores the importance of being able to offer high-level service. Your ability to independently plan and drive initiatives will be crucial. In this varied environment, each day is different, and you should be comfortable working at a periodically high pace.
 

We expect you to have:

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, as these tools are an integral part of the job responsibilities
  • Experience working with the ITIL framework (considered a merit)
  • Experience from similar customer-centric roles within Telco or IT
  • A technical understanding either of our customer's technical landscape and/or from telco-related industries
  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written)
  • Location: Based in Stockholm or Uppsala
