Delivery Coordinator – (Temporary Maternity Cover)

GlobalConnect is looking for a dedicated and skilled delivery coordinator to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden, who will work in one of our ongoing rollout projects for one of our customers.
 

Our delivery department is responsible for the production and delivery of our Managed end-to-end connectivity services to our customers. As a Delivery Coordinator, you will be the key person ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process from start to finish. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide our customers a first-class experience.

Your role will be central in maintaining GlobalConnect's position as a leading provider of telecommunications services in the Nordic region.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive coordination of the delivery process within the SmartConnect project
  • Ordering equipment, access, and installation assignments
  • Continuous customer communication and status updates
  • Coordination of fieldwork and access management
  • Proactive handling of deviations in the delivery process
  • Participation in customer meetings and reporting

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Relevant technical education at bachelor's or master's level
  • Experience from the telecommunications or IT industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
