As the Group AP Manager in GlobalConnect, you'll spearhead the evolution of accounts payable processes within our Nordic group. You'll be entrusted with developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline operations, leveraging advanced technologies like AI and robotics. Your role will involve leading and developing our AP teams, maintaining a culture of transparency, accountability and a willingness to challenge old truths. By establishing robust processes and driving digital transformation, you'll have an important part in shaping the future of finance within our organization and establishing and tracking KPIs by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies.

In this role you can work from any of our headquarters in Uppsala, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Oslo. Expect some travel between the offices to meet the team and various stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

We're seeking a visionary leader with previous experience with accounts payable management in a leadership role. An in-depth knowledge of AP operations and an enthusiasm for bringing about improvements is advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and a commitment to integrity and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements . • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in accounts payable management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Good understanding of accounts payable processes, including purchase orders, invoice handling, and payments.
• Fluency in English oral and written is required.
