Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of skilled IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee and maintain the company's internal network, servers, backup services, and storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, roadmaps, and budgets for the IT platforms and infrastructure, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings, coordinating tasks, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for other departments, representing the IT platforms team and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee the building of new internal infrastructure platforms.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the IT platforms and infrastructure.
• Promote a pan-Nordic mindset, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the Nordic regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing teams, with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of IT platforms, infrastructure, and related technologies, including networks, servers, backup systems, and storage solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Location

This position is based in Stockholm or Uppsala, Sweden.
