Senior Manager B2B Delivery – GlobalConnect

We are looking for a talented individual to join GlobalConnect as Senior Manager B2B Delivery. 
In this role, you will lead a team of delivery coordinators and implementation engineers, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our products and solutions for major accounts.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Improvement Initiatives: Drive efforts to enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT), increase delivery precision, and strengthen employee satisfaction (ESAT) within the team.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the professional and personal development of team members while building a customer-focused and motivated team.
  • End-to-End Delivery Management: Ensure that the team adheres to best practices in delivering GlobalConnect’s products and solutions, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 services such as Internet, Ethernet IP/VPN, and managed services like SDWAN and MLAN.
  • Collaboration and Prioritization: Establish and maintain productive collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, managing day-to-day production priorities.
  • Escalation Handling: Process 1st and 2nd level escalations from customers, ensuring quick and effective problem resolution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek opportunities for improvement, implement necessary efficiency measures, and challenge existing rules and ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education level.
  • You are an aspiring leader with strong execution power.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications networks and relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely.
  • A passion for improvement initiatives and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Swedish
