Role Overview:

As a Customer Communication Specialist at GlobalConnect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experience across the entire customer journey. We are looking for a service-minded, structured, and focused individual who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring excellent customer experience by communicating proactively to our consumer customers
  • Taking ownership of the customer communication process
  • Developing customer communication throughout the whole customer journey
  • Proactively provide information about our services and activation possibilities
  • Contributing to automation efforts and collaborating with IT
  • Collaborating with all functions including sales, commercial and construction teams
     

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. degree in relevant field
  • Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills
  • 2+ years of work experience in customer service, communications or marketing
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office package
     

Team Dynamics:

You will be working alongside a dedicated team of sales and customer service professionals. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to drive impactful initiatives.
